Here are the features of this free product: better reflections, better shadows, better SSAO - Screen Space Ambient Occlusion, better HDR - High dynamic range rendering. It adds three DLL's in FS map, these are here to add the effect. You can tweak it for yourself; then go to enbseries.ini and change values.
